Mayacamas Village

This 51-unit family apartment complex was built in 1993. The developers were HAND (now NVCH) and RCHC (Rural California Housing Corporation). This was the largest development of low income multi-family apartments built in the City of Napa since the early 1970’s. The Housing Authority of the City of Napa was the property manager for the first five years. NVCH has managed since 1998.

This complex includes a mixture of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments. Located in the common area building along with the property office is a Head Start classroom which is what it has been used as since inception. Other amenities are a playground, picnic area and laundry facilities.
