Property Development

Project development is exciting as well as challenging. To make possible the purchase of land, cover new building development costs and apartment renovation expenses, loans are acquired from banks and from federal and state deferred loan programs. To supplement these, the agency looks to city and county government, local foundations and community based businesses for support.

Napa Valley Community Housing has either solely or in partnership developed 25 properties totaling more than 900 units. Our most current development is Oak Creek Terrace in Napa.
