Asset & Property Management

Napa Valley Community Housing (NVCH) maintains a diverse real estate portfolio that addresses the varied housing needs of our community members. Our properties include small and large multifamily residences, single-family homes, cottages, a neighborhood community center, supportive housing for those in need, and our main office.

In February 2024, NVCH entered into a strategic partnership with Burbank Housing, a trusted nonprofit organization with an extensive property management portfolio comprising thousands of units. While NVCH continues to own these properties and focus on asset management, Burbank Housing now oversees their day-to-day property management, including essential maintenance and janitorial services.

Burbank Housing’s responsibilities include efficiently managing waitlists for our properties, meticulously reviewing lease applications, facilitating seamless move-ins for tenants, and effectively managing budgets. They conduct thorough property inspections to identify and address existing or potential issues, handle work order generation and management, ensure timely rent collection, foster positive relationships with residents, and promptly resolve emergencies.

By entrusting property management to Burbank Housing, we enhance the overall experience for our residents by providing well-maintained and comfortable homes. This partnership allows NVCH to concentrate on asset management and resident services, strengthening our commitment to improving the quality of life within our community.
