NVCH’s real estate portfolio consists of a diverse range of properties, catering to various community members and their housing needs. These include small and large multi-family properties, single-family homes, cottages, a neighborhood community center, homes with support services for those in need, and our main office.

In February 2024, NVCH transferred property management to Burbank Housing, a trusted nonprofit partner with an extensive property management portfolio encompassing thousands of properties. While NVCH remains the owner of these properties, Burbank Housing takes charge of managing them, providing essential maintenance and janitorial services.

As part of their responsibilities, Burbank Housing efficiently manages waitlists for our properties, meticulously reviews lease applications, facilitates smooth move-ins for tenants, effectively manages budgets, conducts thorough property walk-throughs to identify and address any existing or potential issues, handles work order generation and management, ensures rent collection, fosters positive relationships with residents, and promptly resolves emergencies.

By entrusting our property management to Burbank Housing, we aim to enhance the overall experience for our residents, providing them with well-maintained and comfortable homes.
