BACKGROUND
Over the last 40+ years NVCH has led the way in providing affordable homes for our Napa community. Through the years we’ve sponsored, developed or managed 28 properties with 920 affordable homes in Napa County. These homes transformed the lives of our neighbors.
In the development process we strive to build strong community relationships, secure complex financing, partner with local jurisdictions and nonprofits, and build safe, healthy, quality homes for our citizens.
Our development experience includes a diverse portfolio of affordable self-help, senior, transitional, supportive, farmworker and traditional multi-unit housing, as well as a Neighborhood Center which serves the needs of NVCH residents and non-residents. Rehabilitation projects on existing properties are also part of our expertise.
