August 2, 2022 – In partnership with the Town of Yountville, Napa Valley Community Housing (NVCH) announces the successful acquisition, preservation and conversion of a single-family home to an affordable rental home managed by NVCH. This acquisition and conversion celebrates the strong partnership between the Town of Yountville and NVCH – 40 affordable units on 5 Yountville properties. Additionally, it ensures critical and much-needed workforce housing remains available and affordable for current and future residents for years to come.
